Please ensure that footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any damage to the soles during the trial period.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your unworn items in their original Oliver Sweeney box and outer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

Affix the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and retain your proof of postage; our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days of receipt.
